ACF has been asked to appoint a representative to participate on an Ethics Advisory Board for a team of researchers led by Dr. James Wilson at the University of Pennsylvania. They are working on an NIH grant to launch a research project related to gene therapy for patients with Abetalipoproteinemia.  The project is anticipated to take 4-5 years from the start of funding.
